浓缩机与压滤机药剂添加协同控制系统研究

Research on Collaborative Control System of Medicament Accession of Thickener and Filter Press

摘要: 针对成庄矿选煤厂煤泥水处理过程中药剂添加系统针对单个环节控制,且药剂添加量不精准等问题,设计了一种基于模糊专家系统的浓缩机絮凝剂与压滤机凝聚剂药剂添加协同控制系统。该系统以浓缩机溢流浓度和压滤脱水效果模型为输入量,设计模糊协同控制器,对两个药剂添加子系统进行补偿控制,以保证煤泥水的处理速度、处理效果和经济效益等综合指标的进一步提升。

Abstract: For Chengzhuang coal preparation plant, to slove the problem of the single-link control system of Medicament accession and the inexact amount of Medicament accession during slime water treatment process,a Collaborative Control System was designed based on fuzzy expert system in the Medicament process of thickener and filter press。The input of system is the overflow concentration of thickener and the dewatering model of filter press,and a fuzzy Controller was designed to compensate the additive amount of the two subsystems,which was to ensure the further improvement of aggregative indicator of economy, Processing speed and processing effect.
